Prospective Students & Parents

Saint Mary Academy, a regional school, was formed by combining Immaculate Conception Parish School and Mother of Good Counsel Parish School into one in 2008.  Both schools have a long history of educating children in a faith-based environment incorporating our core values.

Currently we have a new school under construction with a completion date of July 2009 located off Highway1694 in Norton Commons. The current Oldham and Jefferson campuses of Saint Mary Academy will close at the end of this school year, and our school will move to our new location for the 2009-2010 school year and beyond.

We invite you to set up a visit by contacting Mary Alice Zettel, Principal, at either campus to learn more about becoming part of the Monarch PRIDE!

At the time of pre-registration (prior to March 1st), Saint Mary Academy will use the following order of priority for admission to the school. Once a grade level is full, all remaining pre-registered students will be placed on a waiting list and will be admitted as openings become available. The order of priority in admission is as follows:

1. Children currently enrolled at Saint Mary Academy (Preschool – Grade 8) and their siblings;

2. Parishioners of Covenant parishes with children not yet attending Saint Mary Academy;

3. Parishioners of parishes other than Covenant Parishes;

4. Families who are not Catholic.

Saint Mary Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, sex, color, or national origin in the admission of its pupils.
